What Airi is
Airi (爱俐 — 爱 means love, 俐 means clever: "AI, with love") is a personal-assistant app made for Singapore by Humanled AI Pte Ltd, a Singapore company. She looks after the admin of everyday SG life so it stops living in your head:
- Claim-or-lose radar — CDC vouchers and rebates surfaced before they expire.
- Bills, renewals & documents — road tax, passport expiry, insurance, subscriptions. Snap or paste; Airi captures it — no typing forms.
- Family care — kids' school and exam dates, immunisations, ageing-parent scheme eligibility, helper (MOM) admin.
- Health — add appointments (snap a HealthHub letter or key it in); medication reminders.
- Food — 2,900+ verified Singapore venues: hawker with voucher and open-now status, restaurants, MICHELIN, cafés — curated in-app with honest hours.
- Parking & getting around — live HDB carpark availability, EV chargers, find-my-car.
- Travel — add your trip (snap an itinerary or key it in); curated guides; live safety radar overseas.
A warm on-device AI companion ties it together, in English and 中文.
The privacy model — zero-data by architecture
Airi's difference isn't a privacy promise; it's the design:
- Your personal data lives in your phone's local storage, never on a server.
- The AI (Alibaba Qwen, via WebLLM) runs on your device — your questions never travel to a cloud AI.
- No ads, no trackers, no analytics that identify you — we don’t collect your personal data; it stays on your phone.
- Designed to Singapore PDPA principles: minimal collection, retention limits.
- Airi never sends anything on your behalf. She drafts; you tap send.
Honesty, as a feature
Every fact in Airi traces to a real source — voucher lists against official gov.sg data, MOE dates verified, venue hours curated by hand. When something isn't possible (like auto-reading WhatsApp), Airi says the honest limit instead of faking it. If a number can't be verified, it doesn't ship.
What Airi costs
Free for everyone right now while we grow — no charge, no card. A fair subscription may come later (as planned, S$59.90/year; founding members S$39.90/year), and you'll be told clearly before anything is ever charged. No ads either way — you're the customer, not the product.

Airi 爱俐 is a consumer personal-assistant app made in Singapore. It is not related to the "AI Readiness Index" (AIRI) found in enterprise and policy contexts.
